For my entire life I have grown up around bird dogs. My grandfather, Mario DiMambro, started the kennel 50 years ago. For the last 50+ years my grandmother Shirley and him were in the various activities surrounded by these bird dogs. Many dogs now competing and wining in AKC, NSTRA, and HUNT TEST carry the monkeyshine name in their pedigree's.

The past few years before my Grandfather's death, in may of 2008, him and I went on several training and trialing adventures. We were trying to finish his last dog FC MONKEYSHINE'S M GO BLUE MAXIMUM, and we did. It was a great experience for me and it aloud me to spend the last few years of my grandfathers life doing what he always loved. He told me that if he had not been messing around with these dogs he cannot think of anything else that could have taken the place of competing these high class bird dogs.

I have been training dogs professionally for over 5 years. I started to train a few hunting dogs and now I am training competition field trial dogs along with many hunting dogs. I enjoy what I do and everyday I am grateful to do what I love.
